I love whole food and am inspired by the healing power of natural ingredients. I want to inspire others seek out whole foods, prepare nutritious meals at home and feel the benefits of clean eating.
My love of cooking led me to the Professional Culinary Program at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, where I mastered preparation and cooking methods to turn simple, fresh ingredients into delicious, nourishing meals .
My love of helping others led me to the Holistic Nutrition Program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where I mastered the Holistic Nutrition Principles and Code of Ethics that are the foundation of professional counseling in healthy living and received the designation Registered Holistic Nutritionist, RHN.
I live on a small hobby farm with my husband, two beautiful children and our animals.
